CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR SHIPPING (Mid December – Start of January)

During the holiday season we receive a large number of orders which can impact the time your order gets to you. Please refer to the table below for Extended Christmas Delivery Times.

During the holiday season, orders placed between the 19th – 26th December will be dispatched on the 27th December and orders placed between the 27th December – 2nd January will be dispatched on the 3rd January.

Orders placed after the cut off times indicated are not guaranteed to be despatched under our usual shipping time frames or delivered by the estimated times provided by the courier. Australia Post and DHL Express advise us that there may be delays during this period which are out of our control.

For any orders placed after December 1st, you will have up until the 7th of January 2019 to return your items to us and be guaranteed for a return.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

In most cases if your parcel is sent to a home address and no authorised person is available to sign then a card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local post office. On rare occasions your parcel will be returned to the Australia Post Depot and a re-delivery will be required. If you do not receive your parcel with in 5 days please email or call us.

Please note that you can specify for your parcel to be left unattended but s t e e l e . can not take any responsibility for parcels that are lost/stolen.

Please ensure you enter your correct mailing address as s t e e l e . can not take any responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses and will not reiburse you for the order and shipping costs.

When your items have been shipped we will email you a shipping confirmation where a tracking number will be provided. To track your purchase, you can enter your tracking number at www.auspost.com.au You will also recieve a direct text message from Australia Post to choose your delivery option.

 

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer Express International Shipping on all international orders.

Please note there may be an additional 2-4 days on all DHL Express deliveries over the Christmas period. We recommend order before 2pm on the 14th December to receive before Christmas.

TIME FRAMES

All international deliveries are shipped with DHL Express. Please note the time frames above are transit times. When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you’re shipping to. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. s t e e l e . has no control over these charges, and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; we recommend that you contact your local customers office for further information.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Steele, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to s t e e l e . This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

OUR TERMS

We at steele wish to ensure that you love your new purchase but we understand you may need to return your item for an exchange, credit note or refund. We want this process to be as easy as possible for you so we will provide you a returns form with your delivery. We also kindly ask you to contact our customer care team at customercare@steelelabel.com or on (03) 9429 7774 to request a return authorisation number (RA).

  • Please note Sale does not apply to New Arrivals, Pre-Orders and Online Exclusives.
  • Please note no refunds or exchanges on sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
  • No further discounts on sale items.
  • Discount codes can only be redeemed on full priced items. They cannot be used in conjunction with sale products. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order. Please note First Time Subscriber 15% Off Offer does not apply on sale products.
  • Prices are as marked. Sale prices are final.
  • During Sale Period, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your order.

EXCHANGES

  • All items are in their original condition with tags attached.
  • To request an exchange please contact Steele via email and we will provide you with an RA number. customercare@steelelabel.com
  • Please allow up to 7 days to receive your exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Please note no exchanges on Afterpay payments.


CREDIT NOTES

  • All items are in their original condition with tags attached.
  • To request a credit note, please contact steele via email and we will provide you with an RA Number to send back your order. customercare@steelelabel.com
  • Please allow up to 7 days for credit notes to be processed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation stating that your credit note has been processed.
  • You will be credited the dollar value of the item returns, excluding any shipping charges.
  • Credit notes are effective from the date of issue and valid for 6 months.


REFUNDS

  • We do not offer refunds on sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
  • Pre-order items are made to order so can not be refunded for change of mind. We do however offer an exchange or credit note on pre-order items.
  • You must contact steele before returning the item to receive an RA Number. customercare@steelelabel.com
  • Items must be returned to steele Head office within 14 days of receiving the order to receive a refund.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refunds to be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
  • You will receive email confirmation stating that your refund has been processed.


NOTES

  • All items are in their original condition with tags attached.
  • All returns and exchanges are at the expense of the customer.
  • Steele Customer Care must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to exchange or refund.
  • We can not accept liability for an item until it is received so we strongly recommend using tracking to ensure your parcel arrives to our head office.
  • Refunds, exchanges and credit notes will not be accepted without an RA Number.
  • Afterpay has a limit of $1000 if you are linking a credit card for your re-payments. If you are using a debit card you will have a limit of $500.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do NOT accept American Express.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to STEELELABEL.COM.  

All credit card transactions on this website are processed using eWAY, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.  

After pay is a new payment option now available to steele customers. You can shop now and pay for your purchase later in four equal interest-free instalments, due every two weeks. Afterpay is available as a payment option if you live in Australia, are at least 18 years old and use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase. Afterpay has a limit of $1000 if you are linking a credit card for your re-payments. If you are using a debit card you will have a limit of $500.
